Perks of using the Work Sharp Culinary E2 Electric Knife Sharpener

When it comes to new kitchen appliances, I am truly that person who tries to avoid adding to my collection, unless I can truly see myself using and benefiting from a new product. When I was introduced to the E2 Knife Sharpener by Work Sharp Culinary, I knew that my kitchen appliance list was absolutely about to grow again. The Work Sharp Culinary E2 Sharpener is pretty much a product that speaks for itself. However, there are a few things that I want to point out just in case you’ve never had a chance to use it.

• Silence is Golden – The number one reason I love using this sharpener is because it’s so quiet. In my experience using other sharpeners, I literally had to plan when I would sharpen my knives because I didn’t want to bother anyone with the noise. As you will see in the video, this appliance produces little to no sound.  
• Compact is Key – This sharpener is petite and surprisingly packs a lot of bang in its little package. Since I try to avoid crowding my countertops, I was very happy to find that the E2 fits perfectly in my kitchen drawer.
• Fast Results – 90 seconds is all you need to sharpen and shape your scissors and knives on the E2 Sharpener. Need I say more?
• Easy to Use– To say that this sharpener is easy to use, is honestly an understatement. You just push your desired button and begin to pull the knife through the guided slots. The machine does all of the work, and will turn off when the cycle is complete. There’s no guess work needed. However, if you think you’re not on the right track, there is a quick startup guide that will be in your box to help you. 

• Versatility – In order to earn a space in my kitchen, an appliance must be able to have benefits in more ways than one. The E2 Sharpener not only helps me in the kitchen, but it also helps me in the craftroocm because it can sharpen scissors. 

When it comes to a knife sharpener, I honestly never thought that I would care about what makes one sharpener better than another. Now that I have used a quality sharpener that has completely changed my experience of doing such a mundane task of sharpening dull knives, I can now say that I understand how such an easy to use appliance can create amazing results in the kitchen.
