It’s legit crazy to me how addictive this Vegan Chocolate Brownie Batter Chickpea Hummus is. And yes, it’s super easy to make. You know I wouldn’t have made it if it wasn’t a simple recipe. It taste just like you’re licking the spoon after mixing up your favorite brownies. Minus the raw egg of course.
I first found out about this plant based dessert when I was at a neighbors house for a Bachelor watch party. As a new watcher, I was pleased to have something to distract me from the shock and confusion of who loves who on the show. My neighbor said that the chocolate hummus dip was from Boar’s Head and she got it from our local deli. It came right on time, because during that particular month, I was practicing a plant based diet. It was so surprising how delicious and rich it was, and it was made from chickpeas, go figure. After eating almost all of her dip, I promised that I would learn how to make a version of my own. And now here’s a result of said dip.
