Tips on making a successful All in one Pressure Cooker Beef Stroganoff with Noodles a Success!
- Use a dry red wine. Some recipes suggest using brandy, brown liquor, or white wine, but I’ve found that a dry red wine always produces the most succulent taste. I prefer to use Cabernet Sauvignon, but any dry red will do the job!
- Ok, so I’m going to be honest, when making Beef Stroganoff on the stove, I like to use campanelle pasta, mainly because it’s cooked separately. But when it comes to making this dish in the pressure cooker, I suggest to always go with no yolk egg noodles. The cooking times for the recipe is specific to no yolk egg noodles, and it comes out perfect every single time!
