How to make Creamy Tuna Casserole?
To assemble my creamy tuna casserole, simply mix together all ingredients, except for half of the parmesan cheese and the breadcrumbs, until it’s evenly combined. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the Italian breadcrumbs and remaining shredded cheese over the top. Bake until nice and bubbly, and dinner is done.

Ingredients
16oz Box of Elbow noodles, cooked
2 5oz cans of Albacore Tuna in water
1/2 Red Onion, diced
10oz Frozen Peas
10.5oz Cheddar Cheese Soup
10.5oz Cream of Celery
2c Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1c Parmesan Cheese, shredded and divided
1tsp Old Bay
1tsp Cajun Seasoning
1tsp Salt
1tsp Garlic Powder
1/4tsp Black Pepper
1/2c Milk
1lb Elbow Noodles
2c Italian Breadcrumbs
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for half of the parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
Pour into a large baking dish and make sure everything is spread out easily.
Top with breadcrumbs and remaining parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Because this is a hearty recipe, my family never eats the whole thing. So, I like to divide in half before putting it in the oven, and freeze half of it for a later time.
