This Asian inspired dish is so easy to throw together as you will see in the video below. It definitely is quick weeknight meal that keeps the family happy. It has the perfect ratio of sweet to saltiness to satisfy anyone’s palette.

I first started making this recipe with pasta, and I cannot deny that it was insanely delicious! We were eating it so much that I decided to go with a healthier, less fattening alternative. Hence the zucchini noodles. They’re a great substitute. However, if you prefer other options, you can always consider the following:
