Ingredients
3 cans of Pre-made Cinnamon Rolls
2 Whole Eggs
14oz Evaporated Milk
1/2tbs Vanilla
1/2tbs Cinnamon
2 Granny Smith Apples, diced (optional)
1/2c Chopped Walnuts (optional)
Instructions
Cut each cinnamon roll slice into 6-8 pieces.
Place each cinnamon roll piece into a 13′ by 9′ casserole dish to make one layer. If you are adding additional toppings, then this is the time to mix them in with the cinnamon roll pieces. Sit to the side.
In a medium bowl, whisk your eggs, then add the evaporated milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Continue to whisk until fully combined.
Pour eggs mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces. Make sure each piece has been submerged in the mixture.
Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until golden on top and completely cooked in the middle.
Top with icing that was provided with the cinnamon rolls, and enjoy.
