Variation Tips
Salmon is a versatile canvas for flavors, and this stuffed recipe is no exception. Here are some variations and tips to make this dish your own:
- Change up the Cheese: Not a fan of feta? Try goat cheese or sharp cheddar for a tangy twist.
- Go Spice Crazy: Add a pinch of cayenne or substitute Italian seasoning in place of oregano for an extra kick.
- Seasonal Swaps: Swap the cherry tomatoes for sun-dried during winter months or add roasted red peppers for a sweeter taste.
- Swap out the Greens: You don’t have to stay committed to spinach. Try shredded kale, collard or turnip greens, broccoli, cabbage, Swiss chard, etc.
Remember to adjust cooking times slightly depending on the changes, and trust your instincts. Cooking is an art!
