Ingredients
Pasta of choice, cooked
1–2lbs Raw XL Shrimp, deveined
1tsp Salt
1tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Pepper
1/2tsp Old Bay
1tbs Oil of choice
1/2c Butter
1tbs Garden Gourmet Lemongrass Paste
1/2tbs Garden Gourmet Minced Garlic Paste
1tbs Garden Gourmet Chopped Basil
1tbs Garden Gourmet Chopped Parsley
Sauce
½c White Wine
1/4c Butter
1/4c Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2tbs Lemongrass Paste
1/2tbs Minced Garlic Paste
Instructions
In a bowl, mix shrimp and seasoning. Sit to the side.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and butter, stir in Lemongrass Paste, Garlic Paste, Chopped Basil and Chopped Parsley.
Stir in shrimp and cook completely.
Take out your shrimp ad sit to the side.
To make your sauce, use the same skillet.
Add butter, Lemongrass Paste and Garlic Paste.
Stir in heavy whipping cream and wine. Continue to stir for 4-5 minutes then stir in parmesan cheese.
Toss in cooked pasta and shrimp until fully coated.
Garnish with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
