Now that the weather is finally starting to cool down, it’s time to add hearty meals back to the menu. One of my favorite go-to one skillet dishes is Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes. This dish doesn’t take many ingredients to make, it’s an easy clean up, and it can be cooked on your stovetop or grill.

Can you use other cuts of beef for this recipe?
Yes, you can absolutely use other cuts of beef when making Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes
- Beef Tenderloin
- New York Strip
- If you like it fatty, then you can totally give rib eye a try as well
What sides can you eat with Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes?
I personally love to take the opportunity to add in veggies whenever and wherever I can. Since we already have a good source of iron and protein from the steak bites, and starch from the potatoes, a nice green would pair perfectly with this dish. Some of my favorites are:
- Asparagus
- Green Beans
- Spinach
- Broccoli
You can even transfer the steak and potatoes to another dish and cook any of these vegetables in the same pan so that you can utilize all of the existing flavors.
