Ingredients
Scale
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Vanilla Coconut Milk
- 1 tsp Matcha
- 2 tbs Agave
- 1 tsp Vanilla or 1 Vanilla Bean
- Various berries for toppings
- Shredded coconut for toppings
Instructions
- Pour 1/2 of your coconut milk into a bowl and add matcha
- Mix well
- Add second 1/2 of coconut milk
- Add chia seeds
- Add Agave
- Add Vanilla
- Mix well
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (the longer, the firmer it will be)
- Top with fresh berries and shredded coconut
