How to Make Kid friendly all natural Apple spice energy bites 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Raw Oatmeal
  • 1 large Apple Shredded and Drained
  • 1/4 cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Apple Spice
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Dates
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter
  • 1/4 cup Honey

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients (as listed) in a large bowl.
  2. Roll mixture into 1-1.5 balls
  3. Place on parchment paper
  4. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours
  5. (For best results refrigerate for 8-10 hours)
  6. Done!
