Ingredients

1lb Shredded Sirloin Steak
1/2 Green Pepper (Sliced)
1/2 Onions (Sliced)
1tbs Vegetable Oil
1tsp Salt
1tsp Pepper
6 Slices of Provolone and/or American Cheese
2 6in Hoagie Rolls
1tbs Mayo
Optional – Mushrooms, jalapeño peppers
Instructions
On a flat top or large pan
Heat vegetable oil over low heat
Start cooking peppers & onions first
Add thinly sliced sirloin
Cook low & slow, then mix
(Cooking slowly ensures that this thin cut of beef does not dry out or burn)
Add salt & pepper once cooking is complete to ensure that moisture stays in the meat
