Let me start by saying, this is a Taco Bell appreciation post, ok! Can you really name a fast food restaurant with a more innovative menu? Three words Doritos Locos Taco. I mean have you ever had their Carmel Apple Empanadas? Or a Cheesy Gordita Crunch? Stay with me, last one, or sipped a Mountain Dew Baha Blast the week after a no sugar kick! For a limited time Taco Bell…. has chicken wings, Queso flavored fried chicken people.
Here I’ve created the perfect “cheese” powder that you can use to recreate these wings at home!
This plant based, dairy free powder is SO versatile you can literally add a taste of cheese to ANYTHING. Sprinkle it on pasta, add it to a vegan loaded potato, or add a little jalapeño juice and it makes a wonderful nacho cheese recipe.
