If memory serves correct, the day my daughter turned two, was the day she declared her new mission of becoming completely independent. Although, I do not see myself giving her much independence anytime soon (she will always be my little baby), I do recognize that it is important to allow her to grow, learn, and flourish naturally.
With that in mind, I decided to give her a toddler room makeover. I partnered with Urban Walls, a chic decal company, to focus on creating a whimsical reading area in her new room.
Watch how effortlessly it came together and see if you can use some of my tips during your next room makeover.
Here is where everything came from:
Peony Decals – Urban Walls
Circle Shelf – Target
Reading Chair & Pillow – Target
Elephant Hamper – Home Depot
Swan Wall Decor – Amazon
Cutting and separating the decals was super easy and took no time at all.
I must admit that I had fun trying out different arrangements for the Peony display. When I first started, I thought that I was going to do a large cluster in the corner but, it just didn’t turn out the way I wanted it to. So, I decided to go with a different design.
