This salad has all of your favorite flavors of a traditional chicken salad with mayo and crisp veggies, with a little bit of a tang, and it’s incredibly easy to make. You don’t have to worry there is no fruit or nuts in this salad, it’s almost just the way your Momma made it! You can throw this salad together in a matter of minutes, and voila, you have a wholesome meal that leaves you satisfied.
How to eat Vegan Chickpea Chick’n Salad?
- You can enjoy it plan.
- Sandwiches are my favorite way to enjoy vegan chickpea chick’n salad.
- Eat it over a bed of lettuce with tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and balsamic vinegar.
- Enjoy with crackers or toast.
- Make it a dip for fresh veggies.
Vegan Chickpea Chick’n salad
Ingredients
4c Cooked Chickpeas/ Garbanzo Beans
1 1/4c Vegan Mayonnaise
1tbs Dijon Mustard
1tbs Tahini
1/2c Relish
1tsp Salt
1tsp Pepper
1/2c Diced Onion
1c Diced Celery
Instructions
In a large bowl mix all ingredients.
Sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to an hour to chill.
Serve plain, on a sandwich, or with your favorite crackers or veggies.
