Savory Bundt Cake Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 c Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 c Cubed Ham
  • 1 c Red Onion diced
  • 2 c Frozen Tater Tots
  • 5 Flaky Layer Butter Biscuits diced (about pieces per biscuit)
  • 12 Whole Eggs
  • 1 c Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 c Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/4 c Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbs Hot Sauce of Choice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk eggs.
  • Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix until fully combined.
  • Bake at 400 degrees
  • Pour  your mixture into a heavily greased bundt pan.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  • Cool for about 15 minutes.
  • Use a small spatula or butter knife to gently pull edges of casserole away from the pan.
  • Flip casserole onto a plate.
  • Enjoy!
