Sticky Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 8 Never Any! Lamb Loin Chops
  • 1 c Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 c Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Simply Nature Organic Stir-In Ginger Paste
  • 3/4 c Specialty Selected Raw Honey
  • 1/4 c Priano White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbs Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbs Specialty Selection Chili Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  • In a large bowl mix all ingredients except for your lamb chops.
  • Add the lamb chops to the bowl and make sure that they are completely submerged.
  • Place bowl in the refrigerator, cover and marinate for at least 2 hours, up to 24 hours.
  • Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
  • Serve hot!
